Osteopathy is a form of allied health that is focused on treating pain, injuries and dysfunction. Osteopathy uses a combination of tools to achieve results, including soft tissue therapies (massage), joint manipulation techniques, dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation.

During your first visit to North East Osteopathy, you will have a comprehensive assessment that includes a medical history, physical exam, and any necessary diagnostic tests. We will then work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that may include hands on treatment, exercise prescription and take home advice.

No! Anyone can attend a session with one of our osteopaths without a referral.

However, you can access Medicare subsidised appointments through your GP under a Chronic Condition Management Plan.

Firstly, ensure your GP or clinic has sent the relevant paperwork to our administration team via email (ne.osteo@outlook.com.au).

Then follow the links above to our online booking system and book an INITIAL appointment if you haven't seen our osteopaths before.

Please note, that the full fee of a consultation is payable at the time of your appointment. However, the Medicare rebate will be processed and paid back into your account within 48 hours.
